میلاد گنج‌دوست، پرستار بخش داخلی بیمارستان امام رضا در کرمانشاه و از اهالی اسلام‌آباد غرب (شاباد) بود. او که زندگی حرفه‌ای خود را وقف رسیدگی به بیماران کرده بود، در جریان جنبش اعتراضی مردم ایران جان خود را از دست داد. در روز پنجشنبه ۱۸ دی ۱۴۰۴، میلاد در محدوده چهارراه شهرستانی (دویقلا) در نزدیکی بانک مسکن اسلام‌آباد غرب، از پشت هدف شلیک مستقیم تک‌تیرانداز قرار گرفت. او ابتدا به خانه منتقل شد و پس از گذشت چند ساعت، برای مداوای حیاتی به بیمارستان انتقال یافت. پس از سه روز مقاومت و تلاش برای بقا، میلاد گنج‌دوست در تاریخ ۲۱ دی ۱۴۰۴ بر اثر شدت جراحات جان باخت. یاد او به عنوان یکی از جان‌باختگان راه وطن که در مسیر آزادی جان خود را فدا کرد، گرامی داشته می‌شود.
